The West Virginia Health Improvement Institute has initiated the Innovation Community to facilitate provider engagement in accelerating Medicaid Transformation.
Additionally, members of the Innovation Community are eligible to participate in pilots and demonstration programs that are part of the work of the Institute.
To view the available pilots and/or apply for participation, you must be a provider or other member of a care team and a registered member of the Innovation Community.

To become eligible, please click here to learn more about the Innovation Community and apply for participation. After your membership is approved, you will have access to the private working area for the Innovation Community members, where the pilot descriptions and application information is located.
