The webcast entitled, “Making the Changes that Matter” occurred on Friday, October 16, 2009.

Overview:
Analysis of supply and demand in a practice is the first step toward improving patient access. But even if the average supply and demand are in balance, variations in the system may continue to cause difficulties. In this presentation, we looked at the types of variation within a system and examined tried and true strategies to smooth the flow. The agenda and presentation materials are attached.
